Join us in our new cardio/weight training room at Mattanawcook Academy. This class will include basic weight room fundamentals (how to properly use equipment, proper equipment used to target a certain muscle group, coming up with a few realistic goals., creating individual plans, nutritiion discussions) and 20 minutes of cardio at an individual's pace. The cardio offer would be (bike, elliptical, or treadmill but if someone wanted to challenge themselves she could put them through a cardio circuit, deck of cards or planking challenges). The class is for any age and any physical level.
This class will begin in March with the start date TBD. The class will run from 5-6 pm.
